Welcome to Sim Media

Sim Media is a fan site for sim games, including the Sims 2 and The Sims, Roller Coaster Tycoon, Sim City, and Will Wrights upcoming game, Spore. The site is split up into 5 main sections. The game information section is a vast knowledge base of guides, tutorials, screenshots and more of all of our covered games. The downloads section contains new custom content for three of our covered games, and the forums are where you can sign up and discuss simultation games and Sim Media. Our main aim is media, in the form of SimTV shows, like Sim Brother, based on hit reality show Big Brother, and many unique shows, including dramas like Sim Street and Downtownies, a Sketch show, Sim Sketch, and games show like Sim Date.

Like Minded
A brand new show, created by MelKaya has now begun, and will air on Monday's for eight episodes.

There has always been some discomfort towards gypsies, or rather travellers. But Nurmel Rosetta is no normal girl, no matter how much she pretends. Every so often she has visions of a similar aged girl named Melody. Determined to find Melody and sort this crazy connection out, Nurmel has to hope that those who dislike her kind don't catch up with her first...

Forum Sim Brother 8 - Apply Now!

In just a couple of weeks, Forum Sim Brother will make a return to the Sim Media Forums for its eighth series. The show takes a group of forum members and puts them into a forum alone. Following the format of Big Brother, the housemates have to work together to complete tasks, make weekly nominations, face eviction and face twists thrown into the series by a mischievous Forum Sim Brother.

This year, Forum Sim Brother is looking for a unique mix of forum members to occupy the forum – and you could be one of them. We're looking for a diverse, interesting bunch of housemates but there’s no definite person we’re looking for – it’s all about someone who has something to add to the group.

You have until Thursday 19th June to apply and this is your last chance. If you want to be in Forum Sim Brother 8 this summer, please complete the audition form available by following the link below.

The SimTV Awards 2007 - The Results!

2007 was undoubtedly the best year yet for SimTV with the introduction of brand new shows such as Asylum, Crystal Town and Sim Sketch and the continuation of long running shows such as Sim Brother and Sim Street. The SimTV Awards are here to honour the very best of SimTV.

After over a week of voting, the results have now been revealed.
